Elijah Paintsil, MD, FAAP.

Clinical Interests: Pediatric infectious diseases; tropical medicine and pediatric HIV/AIDS with special interest in mangement of multi-drug resistant HIV infection; prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV and antiretroviral therapy in a resource limited setting.

Research Interests: Fitness of HIV drug resistant mutants and the evolution of HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitor resistance; Molecular epidemiology of HIV transmission among drug users.
